MAS-1300™ Rebar Placement & Forming System
The MAS™ system uses a unique and patent pending forming system for construction. This forming system is entirely reusable. This video shows the forming steps.
(1) Attached inflatable form to concrete pad using MAS™ form ring
(2) Inflate the form
(3) Install all four corner cage systems
(4) Install rebar
(5) Apply by shotcrete by spray gun fed by a volumetric concrete mixer
(6) Deflate form and remove with form ring from structure out rear 6′ door opening
(7) Collapse all four cage forms and remove out rear 6′ door opening
