Obtain and pay for a license from MAS™, obtain the appropriate local permits, excavate, install slab and set vertical steel as per common construction practices require.
- Corner layout for arch supports
- Set fan manifold box, fans, air form ring, and air form
- Stage SPiFolding
- Inflate air form and set up SPiFolding/Tenting
- Set up corner arch supports (garage openings if applicable)
- Mark front entry for reinforcing steel (Install common arch leg at entry)
- Attach corner panels (and garage panels if applicable)
- Set reinforcing steel, dormers and doorway
- Shotcrete application (layer 1)
- Shotcrete application (layer 2)
- Front entry arch support and shotcret layer for front entry
- Final shotcrete layer with desired finish
