ACCL elected to have field training done for Contractor, Foreman and Specialty Worker specialties in Kenya. Although ACCL had MDA Distributor training in Utah, the shear number of personnel that needed to be trained to create a work force for future projects made field training a cost effective solutions. In the photos below you will see Professor Edwards (the creator of the MAS system) teaching students in room provided by the local church. Professor Edwards traveled to Kenya with a training field kit that includes plastic models, and electronic visual aids. In field training is both cost effective and can speed up the training process when a projects schedule dictates that training be done concurrently with construction. Professor Edwards is a T5 certified trainer and is certified as a Contractor, Foreman and in all Specialty Worker areas.
